Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic plans to drive adoption of AWS services in startup customers in Latam.
- Lead a high-performing team across Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia.
- Collaborate and partner with sales, marketing, and solutions architects to execute plans and programs.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Latam Startup Business Development team. You will work closely with the startup ecosystem and internal teams to define strategies that ensure startup founders choose to build and scale their businesses on AWS.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business development and/or sales in the tech industry.
- Extensive experience with startups and/or the startup ecosystem.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and support startups with strong potential to succeed and scale.
- Significant technology-related business development and/or sales experience.
