Cloud Business Development Manager, LATAM SMBs

About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Business Development Manager to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of our cloud-based solutions among small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the region.
Job Description:
- Work closely with our core promoters and channel partners to reach as many SMB accounts with our Google Cloud solutions.
- Own the enablement, alignment, and introductions for our core promoters and drive prioritization of our Google Cloud portfolio across all promoters and corresponding channel partners.
- Construct and execute a territory development plan.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Engineering, Customer Success, Channels, Product, and Engineering teams to understand the needs of the customer and provide excellent customer experience.
- Develop and drive pipelines, to manage cycles leading from generation to customer onboarding. Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term direction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in a sales or partner role in the software or cloud space.
- Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem (e.g. System Integrators, Service Providers, or Independent Software Vendors) serving SMBs at scale.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English to interact with global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving partner growth and contributing to team culture through leadership skills, creativity, and collaboration.
- Experience in problem solving, running experiments, drawing conclusions, and building actionable plans based on data.
- Experience developing growth initiatives, achieving partner sales goals, and using sales reporting tools.
- Experience with Cloud products.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and executional capabilities, with problem solving, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial skill sets.
