At Jobi, a leading company in the Information Technology and Services industry, we are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager LATAM to drive sales growth in the Latin America region. Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and close sales deals in the Latin America market.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the Latin America region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, expand our customer base, and achieve revenue targets. If you have a deep understanding of the Latin America market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong problem-solving ability, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Information Technology and Services industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Latin America market and business culture
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
