Job Title: Sales Lead at Equivity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead to join our team at Equivity. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading our sales initiatives and leveraging your extensive experience in sales and cold calling to drive our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales manager to coordinate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the sales calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling of appointments and timely communication with clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments to ensure clear communication and smooth information flow.
  • Utilize your expertise in cold calling to generate new leads and expand our client base.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing detailed information about Equivity's services and addressing any concerns.
  • Regularly update and distribute sales-related information to keep the team well-informed and aligned.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in sales and cold calling.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales roles.
  • Proficient in handling constant inbound and outbound calls.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Written and conversational English skills (100% fluency).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Flexible availability to respond to inquiries during weekends.

What We Offer:

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 pesos per month
  • Attractive Commissions
