Job Title: Sales Lead at Equivity
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead to join our team at Equivity. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading our sales initiatives and leveraging your extensive experience in sales and cold calling to drive our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales manager to coordinate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Manage the sales calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling of appointments and timely communication with clients.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments to ensure clear communication and smooth information flow.
- Utilize your expertise in cold calling to generate new leads and expand our client base.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing detailed information about Equivity's services and addressing any concerns.
- Regularly update and distribute sales-related information to keep the team well-informed and aligned.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sales and cold calling.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales roles.
- Proficient in handling constant inbound and outbound calls.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Written and conversational English skills (100% fluency).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Flexible availability to respond to inquiries during weekends.
What We Offer:
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm
- $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 pesos per month
