Position Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals for our Human Resources team at Procter & Gamble in the role of:

Human Resources Specialist

This is an administrative role focused on enhancing our workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in setting priorities for the HR Division and contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of the division's goals. Oversee human resources management with full authority to make hiring decisions, develop job descriptions, and manage employee performance. Coordinate multiple HR initiatives and projects while aligning with the organization's mission and vision. Address complex performance management issues, grievances, and employee terminations, ensuring fair application of HR policies. Actively participate in collective bargaining processes, providing expert insights on negotiation strategies. Manage sensitive employee relations matters that could impact workplace dynamics. Utilize HR management theories and best practices to influence negotiation outcomes and address emerging HR challenges.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment. English proficiency is not mandatory. Bachelor's degree required.
