The role of the Porch Pro Support Representative is to provide proactive text-based support to home improvement professionals, ensuring a high-quality experience with the Porch product and educating them on proper use.
Key responsibilities include:
- Resolving all support requests within the same day they are received
- Analyzing available options for upselling, engaging the customer through recommendation, and offering to transfer the call to a Sales team
- Being an ambassador for company initiatives, explaining new products and/or services to professionals

Requirements:
- Previous working experience in a call center environment
- Previous exposure to upselling and/or cross-selling campaigns
- Experience working on campaigns navigating complex support and policy questions (e.g., banking)
- Ability to work weekends and weekdays (set shift to be provided upon offer)
- Quiet workspace, internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload, and necessary equipment
