We are seeking a talented Tech Support Expert to join our team at Kyndryl. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and help customers solve complex problems every day.

As a Tech Support Expert, you will be the face and voice of Kyndryl, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will work closely with our back-office teams to handle escalations and collaborate with senior co-workers to share knowledge and best practices.

You will also have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and grow your skills in areas such as Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and various other platforms. With our comprehensive training programs, you can earn certifications in Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft, and more.

The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
