About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Specialist to join our IT & InfoSec team. This role will focus on Corporate SaaS Management & Support, Employee Onboarding and Offboarding, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and User Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate SaaS Management & Support: Assist in managing and supporting the company's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, monitoring usage and performance, and collaborating with vendors to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the IT team in onboarding new employees, including setting up accounts, providing access to necessary systems, and configuring devices. Ensure timely and secure offboarding of employees, including deactivating accounts and recovering company assets.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Assist in managing user accounts and access rights across various systems and applications, participating in regular review and auditing of access rights to ensure compliance with company policies.
- User Support: Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues, assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents in a timely manner, and contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base for frequently encountered issues and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
