Job Description: As a Bilingual Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the vital link between our company and Spanish and English-speaking customers. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer queries and requests, communicating fluently in both English and Spanish, identifying and resolving customer issues effectively, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, providing information about products/services, and working with other departments to address customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in their preferred language.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Provide product and service information to customers as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess bilingual fluency, excellent interpersonal communication and empathy, ability to find solutions, and availability for rotating schedules and weekends. A Media Superior education and Nivel Inicial experience are also required. You should have skills in conversational English, fluent English, customer service, and ingles conversacional.
