As a Key Account Growth Specialist at Astute Electronics Inc, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion by managing and developing high-value accounts.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue growth targets.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Employ market research and lead qualification techniques to identify and target high-potential customers.
  • Manage assigned core accounts and develop new ones to exceed individual and team gross profit (GP) goals.
  • Qualify opportunities, ensure supplier selection and pricing while monitoring market trends.
  • Take ownership of meeting customer delivery commitments and providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Owning pricing decisions within your territory, negotiating effectively to optimize sales performance and achieve targets.

**Compensation Package:**

A competitive base salary ($85,000 - $110,000 per year) and performance-based commission tiers provide unlimited earning potential.
