**Job Summary**

As a key member of the management team at Exfo Products, the Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's Mexico operation runs efficiently and profitably. This multi-talented professional will be responsible for carrying out confidential and time-sensitive tasks for the Mexico business unit, as well as providing HR-related support to other locations as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain the HR management document system and HR database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Manage the recruitment process for all departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.

• Design and implement a yearly training plan to achieve department objectives and employee development goals, arranging training sessions as required.

• Oversee the preparation of payroll, work attendance tracking, and social insurance processing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

• Propose changes to mandatory and non-mandatory benefits to maintain Exfo Products' competitiveness in the market.

• Collaborate with government agencies as needed to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Coordinate annual employee reviews, providing feedback and recommendations for salary scales changes.

• Maintain company awareness of labor contract law changes, ensuring proper implementation and compliance.

• Organize quarterly team-building exercises to foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Manage department budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.

• Prepare reports on attendance, vacation, turnover, and other HR-related metrics for the Mexico Operations General Manager.

• Assist with the hiring of staff and HR management of staff in other Exfo locations as needed.

• Develop and maintain departmental Business Continuity Plans to ensure minimal disruption in the event of an emergency.

• Other duties as related to Human Resources processes may be assigned.

**Requirements**

• Technical skills: knowledge of labor laws and government procedures, with ISO certification a plus.

• Previous experience with HRM software is an asset.

• Required aptitudes: prioritization, excellent communication skills, coordination, initiative, positive attitude, MS Office skills, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.

• Must have: minimum 8 years of work experience in a related field, with 2 years of management experience preferred.

• Language requirements: fluency in English is preferred.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.

• Work type: full-time.

• Salary: $9, $23,276.48 per month.

• Work location: on-site employment.
