Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to drive strategic direction and ensure achievement of operating and production objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement effective HR practices, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.

• Design and administer a comprehensive wage and benefit program for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring a competitive and respectful compensation package.

• Establish and maintain a positive corporate image in the surrounding communities, promoting Eaton's values and mission.

• Coordinate plant communications efforts, ensuring clear and timely information is shared with employees and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain a training program to enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting continuous improvement and team involvement.

• Collaborate with plant management to achieve Global program objectives and participate as a trainer.

• Analyze survey results and develop action plans to address employee concerns and improve overall job satisfaction.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions and achievements.

• Provide training and development opportunities to ensure employees have the necessary skills to meet business objectives.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

• 7-10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in compensation, labor law, and recruitment.

• Proven ability to develop and utilize software solutions to support HR functions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and motivate others.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business results.
