Job Summary

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Yanfeng Automotive. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function and providing strategic guidance to the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the recruitment process, and ensure compliance with all labor laws.
  • Performance Management: Drive the performance management annual review cycle, including training programs for supervisors and managers, goal setting, mid-year reviews, self-assessments, and manager reviews to achieve 100% engagement and completion.
  • Employee Relations: Coordinate and facilitate employee relations programs at the plant level to ensure consistent labor relations practices, generate excitement for the Company brand through monthly engagement activities, and promote a safe work culture.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Ensure equitable, motivating wage and salary administration procedures, keep abreast of compensation levels and trends in the general vicinity of the plant, and administer the company's various insurance and other benefit programs.
  • Training and Development: Identify, plan, and conduct or coordinate training programs, seminars, etc., designed to develop a high degree of competency, performance, and commitment at all employee levels.
  • Hi-Po Process: Drive the plant Hi-Po process through identification of talent, action planning, and consistent follow-up with managers for desired outcomes.
  • Corrective and Preventative Action: Implement corrective and preventative action and follow-up when discrepancies are detected in audits.
  • Standardized Work: Coordinate standardized work through the Company manufacturing system to achieve yearly targets.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in BA, Human Resources, or the equivalent in a responsible position, 6 years of experience in a responsible Human Resource Management function in a automotive Plant or automotive Tech Center, and proficiency in English.
