Your Role
The Sales Representative role is a vital support position responsible for lead generation, administrative tasks for account executives, and coordination of project operations functions within the company. This includes billing, scheduling, and CRM maintenance, focusing on key activities like follow-up actions, deal-related activity, and customer data management.
This foundational position enables motivated team members to progress in their careers into sales, design, operations, or customer success. You will have the opportunity to develop sales skills, prospecting, design theory, planning, and operations processes.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain accurate task records, manage the job scope entry process, support sales and account management teams, clean and maintain prospecting lists, manage inbound lead inquiries, enter leads into CRM, and conduct outreach using email templates.

What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate records of deal-related activity, including follow-up actions and customer data management.
- Support the sales and account management teams in various activities, such as collection of payment information, updating CRM data, and customer service inquiries.
- Clean and maintain prospecting lists for marketing and segmentation purposes.
- Manage inbound lead inquiries via phone, internet forms, social media, and other channels, conducting initial qualification and addressing customer questions.
- Enter leads into CRM, assigning them to sales team members based on rotation and distribution schedules.
- Conduct outreach using email templates, adding new agents to the database, and qualifying listings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer data, including dates, addresses, projects, broker affiliations, and billing/invoicing details in Salesforce CRM.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
