Technical Support Specialist

As an Onsite Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and providing technical support to employees. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our systems, including Windows 10/11 and MacOS installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining Endava's IT hardware assets and systems
- Providing onsite and remote desktop support for employees
- Managing access control and CCTV systems
- Offering technical expertise to non-technical staff
- Responding to high-priority issues in a timely manner to ensure business continuity
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and MacOS installation, operation, and troubleshooting
- Imaging and deploying Windows equipment using SCCM and Intune
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Familiarity with networking concepts and principles
- Microsoft Office 365 administration knowledge
