Helpware is a technology-driven company that provides exceptional Customer Experience & Operational Support for modern companies. Our mission is to deliver best-in-class value-adding services by leveraging empowered teams, innovative solutions, and technologies.

We are currently looking for a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our Helpware team in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

Navigate Clutch's CRM to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Process content updates as requested by the customer
- Collaborate with other departments for ticket resolution
- Uphold established processes, policies, and SLAs for customer support
- Ensure policy alignment with internal stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement

Requirements:

1-2 years of professional experience
- Advanced English skills (primarily written)
- Experience within the B2B industry
- Familiarity working within a CMS (WordPress, Drupal, etc)
- Familiarity working within a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc)

- Ability to resolve customer issues effectively
