• As a Key Accounts Development Manager at Autozone, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities with key accounts across various industries.

• Your primary responsibility will be to research and analyze market trends to create effective strategies for expanding our commercial relationships with key accounts.

• You will work closely with the merchandising team to develop pricing strategies that meet the needs of key accounts while ensuring long-term business benefits for Autozone.

• In this role, you will create and implement policies, processes, and procedures for key accounts, including exchanging best practices with national accounts teams and evaluating their implementation in Mexico.

• To measure the success of new business, you will develop customized reports to track performance and opportunities in terms of sales, gross profit, gross margin, rebates, etc.

• Additionally, you will collaborate in the design of training programs to develop the skills needed by our account managers to attract and serve key accounts effectively.

• This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders within our organization and externally.

• We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.
