About the Role

As a sales professional at Essity, you will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to identify accounts/clients in assigned geographic areas. Your primary goal is to achieve designated sales target levels by developing profitable business with new and existing customers through direct sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate sales plans into operational activities per customer/account according to guidelines.
  • Monitor and adapt sales activities regularly to meet objectives.
  • Visit existing customers and prospects according to established processes.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest suitable products and services.
  • Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority.
  • Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships and generate future sales.
  • Continuously build market knowledge and refer sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor activity information to relevant contacts.
  • Properly report visits and activities using Essity's CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to collaborate with local teams and influence others.
  • Portfolio management experience.
  • Ability to visit hospitals and provide training to specialized medical staff.
  • Support in collection process.
