We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maritime Business Expansion Specialist to join our team at Wts Energy.

 

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth in the assigned territory by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This includes collaborating with internal teams for smooth execution of the sales cycle, managing customer implementation, and maintaining strong client relationships.

 

You will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify customer needs and new prospects, promoting and expanding the company's commercial activity to generate revenues that lead to sustainable growth, and representing the company at trade events and strategic sales meetings.

 

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a minimum of 10 years' experience as a Business Development Manager in the maritime industry. You should also have a strong understanding of international shipping, sea freight, and freight forwarding, as well as experience with MS Office and CRM software.

 

A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is required, and you should possess strong leadership presence, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Additionally, you must be self-motivated and committed to ethical business practices.

Requirements:
