Regional Marketing Strategy and Analytics Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Analyst to collaborate with our regional Marketing leadership and drive growth strategies using data. As a Regional Marketing Strategy and Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for helping Zendesk achieve its overall pipeline and revenue targets. You will partner with senior Marketing executives to solve strategic growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and measure marketing and growth performance with a focus on ROI.
The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business decisions. You will be responsible for leading, executing, and scaling operational and planning processes in partnership with stakeholders from Finance, Rev Ops, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns based on industry best practices and provide recommendations on performance.
- Help manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Support marketing leadership on critical investment decisions.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to drive planning processes through data-driven recommendations.
- Track business performance and provide insights to advise leadership.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to track Marketing organization performance globally.
- Establish strong working relationships with peers in Operations teams and cross-functional partners.
About the Role:
This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for data-driven marketing and a proven track record of success. The candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B lead to opportunity and sales processes, advanced proficiency in Tableau and SQL, and excellent communication and data visualization skills.
