Job Summary: As a Customer Service and Order Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.
About the Role:
- Manage customer relationships by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, manage inventory, and optimize logistics.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complaints, manage returns, and issue credits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Fluency in written and oral communication in English and Spanish.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with multiple IT tools and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in customer service, SAP, and SFDC is preferred.
