About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at AT&T. As a key member of our customer care and collections team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English fluency to engage with U.S. customers.
  • Previous experience in customer service, collections, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work in our office 100% of the time. Schedules are based on performance, seniority, and the operating hours of your site.
