Descripción del Puesto
El Asesor de Negocios de RRHH (She/He) es un asesor estratégico responsable de alinear objetivos de negocio con empleados y gerentes en la planta. Implementa y alinea procesos con estrategias de la empresa y del negocio. Proporciona consultoría en recursos humanos a gerentes y empleados para maximizar la efectividad de la organización.
- Comparte responsabilidad con el liderazgo de negocios senior por alcanzar y superar métricas de desempeño operativo.
- Recomienda estrategia de RRHH basada en valores de la empresa, conocimiento de la estrategia de negocio, necesidades de empleados y mejores prácticas de RRHH.
- Asegura un trato justo y equitativo a los empleados en cumplimiento con todas las leyes aplicables y políticas.
- Responsable del manejo de contrato laboral en el sitio (750 empleados azules y sindicatos activos).
- Asegura el cumplimiento de regulaciones legales obligatorias e Internas Políticas referentes a Ley Laboral para todos los empleados.
- Gerencia del proceso de despido y procedimientos de indemnización de acuerdo a las regulaciones legales e Internas Políticas.
- Supervisa resolución de litigios tanto de empleados como ex-empleados de proveedores.
- Trabajo con bufete jurídico externo para proporcionar documentos necesarios para autoridad laboral hasta el cierre de cada caso abierto.
- Campeón de varias iniciativas internas para proporcionar un entorno laboral saludable.
- Promueve comunicaciones eficaces y regulares con todos los niveles.
- Mantiene relaciones positivas con la fuerza laboral y el sindicato del trabajo.
- Actúa como enlace entre gerentes y empleados al resolver preguntas y ayudar a resolver problemas relacionados con el trabajo.
- Apoya la administración de sistemas de compensación, beneficios y gestión de rendimiento.
- Asegura que los procesos de RRHH se realicen de manera eficiente y efectiva.

Requisitos y Calificaciones
- Experiencia en RRHH en la manufactura, automotriz o sector relacionado.
- Licenciatura o maestría (Enfocado en RRHH).
- Fuertes habilidades de organización, comunicación y resolución de conflictos.
- Inglés necesario.
- Antecedentes previos al manejar sindicatos.
