As a Strategic Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying key opportunities, developing specific goals and action plans with local and regional leaders, and leading high-impact strategic projects end-to-end.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights and informed decisions. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are also essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as health and life insurance, food card, 15 days of paid vacation with 25% vacation bonus, holiday bonus of 30 days of pay per year, NuCare mental health and wellness assistance program, extended maternity and paternity leaves, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
