Strategic Client Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Growth Specialist to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V.
As a Strategic Client Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth for our top clients in the Amazon Mexico Store. Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities for new selection, fulfillment, traffic, and conversion drivers, as well as operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear understanding of Selling on Amazon products and their functionalities, the e-commerce industry, and competitive environment.
- Analyze data and trends to identify, action, and influence long-term opportunities to maximize potential for assigned portfolio of Sellers.
- Lead business strategy development and design long-term account plans, collaborating effectively with internal teams and Sellers to find joint areas of opportunity to drive customer success with Amazon.
- Build effective working relationships with your Sellers; be a trusted advisor and business advocate.
- Oversee key strategic activities that are underway for the Seller, follow up, escalate, and clear blockers as appropriate across multiple organizations. Advocate as the voice of the customer internally, using data and anecdotes to drive prioritization and deliver value across a larger customer set.
- Track metrics to record the success of Sellers in your portfolio. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health of your Sellers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- English Proficiency: Advanced (spoken and written).
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
