Etéreo, an Auberge Resorts Collection destination, seeks a highly skilled Luxury Sales Strategist to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional luxury experiences.

The ideal candidate will be an integral member of the Auberge Sales Team, serving as a brand ambassador on the property. This field-based role is responsible for creating strategic plans to optimize revenue, profitability, and market performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels and increase market share performance.
• Achieve and exceed hotel revenue goals through proactive solicitation efforts, effective communication, and strategic sales initiatives.
• Prepare and direct the creation of key sales reports, including the annual and monthly forecast, marketing budget, lead management system, group booking pace report, STAR reports, and sales meeting minutes.
• Support group room sales, including managing rate, date, and space commitments, and ensure that all sales activities align with the hotel's objectives.
• Foster collaboration across all hotel departments to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional, luxury service that aligns with the brand's commitment to excellence.
• Uphold and promote the culture of the Auberge Resorts Collection, ensuring that it remains at the heart of all sales and operational efforts.

**Qualifications:**
• Minimum of five (5) years of hotel sales, catering or marketing experience.
• Management experience: 5 minimum years of leadership experience in a full-service hotel: 4-star plus.
• Highly professional presentation and communication (oral and written) skills, with the ability to address executive-level constituents.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform critical analysis.
• Must be able to manage people, including giving directions and delegating responsibilities, and be a culture ambassador.
• Must be able to work at the property.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
