The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This field-based role is responsible for driving sales, creating exceptional experiences for both new and existing clients, and overseeing all aspects of the sales journey. Key responsibilities include directing, coordinating, training, and supervising the sales team while collaborating closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, and other departments to optimize revenue, profitability, and market performance.

  • Lead the development and implementation of both short- and long-term strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels and increase market share performance.">
  • Achieve and exceed hotel revenue goals through proactive solicitation efforts, effective communication, and strategic sales initiatives.">
  • Prepare and direct the creation of key sales reports, including the annual and monthly forecast, marketing budget, lead management system, group booking pace report, STAR reports, and sales meeting minutes.">
  • Support group room sales, including managing rate, date, and space commitments, and ensure that all sales activities align with the hotel's objectives.">
  • Foster collaboration across all hotel departments to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional, luxury service that aligns with the brand's commitment to excellence.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of five years of hotel sales, catering, or marketing experience and at least 5 years of leadership experience in a full-service hotel are required. The ideal candidate will have highly professional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to address executive-level constituents, and demonstrate critical analysis abilities.
