At ServiceNow, we're on a mission to make the world work for everyone. As a Lead Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving sales pipeline growth and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

  • Qualify leads and profile prospects to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Work with Sales Development Reps and Field Sales professionals to identify and qualify opportunities
  • Manage all inbound leads to Sales acceptance
  • Collaborate with Marketing to complete demand generation campaigns
  • Research target accounts for prospecting activities and build prospecting contact lists
  • Maintain contact information within the CRM to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are identified

**What You'll Need:**

  • A creative and customer-focused mindset
  • A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings
  • Ability to differentiate ServiceNow solutions to customers
  • Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required
