We're seeking a seasoned Sales Team Lead to join our organization and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. If you possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.

Your Impact

In this role, you'll be responsible for fostering relationships with existing partners, forging new alliances, and capitalizing on referral opportunities. You'll help us deliver exceptional results and make a positive difference in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners:

You'll initiate and maintain regular contact and meetings with business partners to understand their evolving needs and ensure their expectations are met. You'll also provide proactive assistance and support to business partners to enhance their experience and maximize mutual benefits.

Cultivate referral partnerships:

You'll identify and evaluate potential referral partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships. You'll lead negotiations and establish agreements and contracts with referral partners to formalize partnerships.

Identify and onboard new business and referral partners:

You'll conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify potential partners aligned with our business objectives. You'll develop and implement a structured onboarding process to facilitate seamless integration and collaboration with new partners.

Marketing and Industry Trends:

You'll stay abreast of industry and marketing trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. You'll provide constructive feedback and insights to partners on their marketing strategies to optimize performance and achieve mutual objectives.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. You should have a proven track record in business development, partnership management, or related roles. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also necessary. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results independently is required. Knowledge of industry trends and marketing strategies is essential. Experience in contract negotiation and partner onboarding is preferred.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $15,000 to $20,000 pesos per month. Attractive commissions and a progressive company culture where your ideas are valued are also part of our offering.
