Job Description

About the Role:

The Strategic Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability for Amazon's partner ecosystem in Latin America. This role will require a strong understanding of the cloud computing market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Account Management: Manage assigned partner accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and activation.
  2. Business Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  3. Service Development: Collaborate with partners to define and develop new services and bundle offerings that meet customer needs.
  4. Forecasting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and forecast revenue growth to inform business decisions.
  5. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Amazon services to partners and their customers.
  6. Marketing Development Funds: Optimize the allocation of marketing development funds to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
  7. Financial Management: Work with partners to resolve financial challenges and ensure timely payment.
  8. Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  9. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  10. Communication: Communicate effectively with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Data Analysis: Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Experience with Complex Agreements: Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
