About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue through our partnerships with systems integrators and consulting firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned partner accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive revenue and growth.
  • Define and deliver specific services and bundle offerings to meet partner needs.
  • Forecast sales and revenue growth through data-driven analysis.
  • Upsell and cross-sell other services to partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Optimize allocation of marketing development funds to drive business growth.
  • Resolve financial challenges with partner accounts to ensure timely payment and revenue recognition.
  • Work across a range of high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed team leadership to drive business growth.
  • Use data to problem-solve and track results through continuous improvement.
  • Think and act creatively to leverage resources and drive business growth.
  • Manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously to drive business growth.
  • Will to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done and drive business growth.

The partnership development team is composed of a group of diverse strategic thinkers who put strategy into action while executing on high-growth business objectives. Business developers work hand-in-hand with solutions architects, marketing, finance, legal, sales, and entrepreneurs to drive business growth.
