About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon México S. de R.L. de.... As a key member of our Business Development organization, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business partnerships with sellers who wish to utilize Amazon's suite of e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit high-potential merchants to sell on Amazon
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet/exceed quarterly targets
  • Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts
  • Provide business insights, training, and advice to new merchants to optimize their success on Amazon
  • Work closely with merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
  • Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales, marketing, consulting, engineering, or digital advertising and/or client-facing roles experience
  • Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, including advanced Excel skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze customer data to maximize potential
