Business Development Manager, E-commerce Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon México S. de R.L. de.... As a key member of our Business Development organization, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business partnerships with sellers who wish to utilize Amazon's suite of e-commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and recruit high-potential merchants to sell on Amazon
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts
- Provide business insights, training, and advice to new merchants to optimize their success on Amazon
- Work closely with merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
- Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance
- 2+ years of sales, marketing, consulting, engineering, or digital advertising and/or client-facing roles experience
- Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, including advanced Excel skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze customer data to maximize potential
