Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our Advertising and Deals strategy within MX Marketplace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and accelerating business results through strategic planning, execution, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and accelerate results
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and KPIs
  3. Analyze and interpret complex data to inform business decisions
  4. Build and maintain relationships with senior business leaders and stakeholders
  5. Present written recommendations and insights to drive effective strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field

8+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience, owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership, and 8+ years of data analysis experience

We are a business development organization that drives growth for over 2MM Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts, and integrated Account Management. We are successful by focusing on aggressive growth for our Sellers' businesses.
