Sales Representative III

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative III to join our team at AIG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales support and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience in coordinating with functional areas.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships at a high level of decision-makers.
