Sales and Business Development Manager

Azelis is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Personal Care market.

Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Achieve annual sales targets by identifying and exploiting profitable sales opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and consistently delivering high-quality customer service.
- Territory Management: Grow assigned territory at or in excess of agreed-upon budget levels by optimizing sales based on products with high margins and acceptance in the Mexican market.
- Business Development: Continuously generate new business by identifying emerging trends and opportunities in the Personal Care market and developing strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products and applications in the industry, including their technical and commercial aspects.
- Education: College degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Personal Care market in Mexico, preferably in a distribution company.
- Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, good analytical capabilities, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills (written and oral).
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
