About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Partner Enablement and Operations Analyst. As a key member of our Global Partner Programs and Operations team, you will play a critical role in executing processes required to enable partners externally, educate internal teams about the partner business, and assist with the recording, tracking, and reporting to grow the partner business at AspenTech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute enablement plans, business processes, tools, and technology solutions to enhance partner operations and partner experience.
  • Develop partner competency definitions working jointly with AspenTech Training team, develop and fill partner training schedule, ensure partners meet certification requirements in partner program.
  • Drive activities required to enhance the Partner Portal, in collaboration with IT and Partner Marketing.
  • Execute key aspects of partner operations including but not limited to partner contracts and legal, partner profiles and communications, partner compensation and incentives, partner program compliance tracking and reporting.
  • Implement and manage reporting tools to support our partner and alliance managers.
  • Track exceptions to help inform policy updates and maintain a decision log for consistency.
  • Work backwards from the needs of the business to help define strategic operational initiatives with broader team.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated to operationalize a world-class partner program which operates globally, at scale, across multiple routes to market.
  • Detail-oriented, hard-working, diligent, execution-oriented, good at prioritizing among a wide range of daily responsibilities.
  • Service-orientation balanced by business acumen, with outstanding business constituent-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding team player with ability to maintain positive cross-functional working relationships.
  • Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and propose solutions that address expressed needs.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Desire to grow into higher levels of responsibility commensurate with growth in the partner business.
  • BA/BS degree required, with 5 years of prior experience in channel operations or sales operations.
  • Good understanding of channel/partner ecosystems and its different business models.
  • Prior experience with partner enablement or partner operations functions.
  • Experience within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial.
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean and fast-paced organization.
  • Experience with a Sales CRM system, specifically Salesforce.
