About the Opportunity

This is a hybrid role at JumpCloud, requiring a balance of on-site and remote work in Mexico. As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in coaching and developing SDRs and BDRs to enhance their skills, behaviors, and performance in engaging with our buyer persona.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the onboarding team to tailor the SDR/BDR onboarding experience for maximum impact.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive coaching plan for SDRs and BDRs to increase effectiveness and performance in engaging with our buyer persona.
  • Design and deliver role-play scenarios, workshops, and training materials tailored to the needs of the SDR and BDR teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate KPI performance, providing one-on-one coaching and group training sessions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and SDR Global leadership to identify skills gaps and training needs.
  • Utilize sales engagement tools effectively to track and analyze inbound and outbound sales activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the sales team.
  • Stay updated with the latest sales techniques and industry trends relevant to tech sales.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR, and at least 3+ years in Sales Enablement or related coaching role.
  • Proven track record in sales coaching and performance improvement.
  • Experience delivering virtual or in-person engaging training sessions, including all-day sales workshop events.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and challenges specific to selling SaaS products to IT professionals.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Gong Engage is preferred.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing others.
