The Google Cloud Business Enablement team is responsible for accelerating the productivity of Google Cloud's go-to-market resources. This mission, executed by high-impact enablement programs, is closely aligned with Google Cloud's business goals, seeking to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
In this role, you will work on enhancing the capabilities of Google Workspace sales specialists and partners. Your responsibilities will involve assisting in the execution of programs, enablement initiatives, and various business growth initiatives. This role requires credibility with Cloud technologies and Cloud Sales executives.
You will work closely with all relevant cross-functional organizations to curate and present assets to relevant audiences at scale. You will plan, coordinate production, curate, execute assets, test modalities and methods, and adjust to achieve desired measurable impact.
As a Business Enablement Program Manager, you will interact with leaders and executives, and will work closely with teams across the broader Global Business Programs and Enablement organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop strategy for enablement of solutions for Cloud sellers-both internal and external focused specifically on workspace specialists.
- Understand the challenges we will face and surface recommended solutions for continuous improvement. Drive these recommended solutions based on priority.
- Evaluate effectiveness of our enablement programs and activities using defined metrics to measure impact and recommend improvements.
- Drive continual improvements in our operational processes and methods, improving productivity of our sales audiences by collaborating with subject matter experts across Google Cloud.

What We're Looking For- Experience working with cross-functional teams and serving executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience in training, developing, executing sales enablement programs, and learning and enabling content development in different areas impacting sales.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to think strategically, take broad ideas and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics, and then execute those plans.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple learning and enablement projects simultaneously.
