About the Role

You will play a key part in driving business growth for Uber Eats restaurant partners, focusing on Small-to-Medium Sized Businesses (SMBs). This post-sales role involves collaborating with our top restaurant partners to help them succeed on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Uber Eats restaurant partners to drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Upsell marketing products such as ads and promotions to increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement standardized best practices for merchant success within your territory.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to handle partner inquiries and manage relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze merchant KPIs and OKRs to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Provide hands-on support in vendor management, training, and introducing new features or products to merchants.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing commercial relationships.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to present commercial data in an engaging way using visuals and storytelling.
  • Proven success in upselling promotional products and ads.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year. Estimated salary is based on industry standards and location factors.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
