About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Manager to join our team at Bigo Technology Pte. Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve sales targets
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including broadcasters, content providers, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to optimize business performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or related master's degree
  • Experience in the media, entertainment, or technology industries
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (80% minimum)

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $25,000 - $30,000 per month

Benefits include free beverages, discounts and preferred pricing, option for indefinite contract, referral program, life insurance, and company phone.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
