Senior Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth through proactive outreach efforts, identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and scheduling meetings to support our sales team's pipeline.
About the Role:- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach via email, phone/WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings for the sales team
- Attend Networking Events in Mexico City to help with prospecting activities (transportation costs are covered by IMMERSE)
- Identify, engage, and qualify new leads
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to support sales initiatives
- Meet or exceed monthly meeting quotas
- Track and manage prospecting activities in CRM systems
- Previous experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working both remotely and onsite
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting software is a plus
- At least B2-level proficiency in English (spoken and written). Fluent in Spanish
- Availability to work 80% remotely and 20% onsite in Mexico City
- Competitive pay in USD: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
- Monthly bonus structure available for meetings obtained through cold outreach efforts
