Drive Sales Growth in Latin America

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth through proactive outreach efforts, identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and scheduling meetings to support our sales team's pipeline.

About the Role:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach via email, phone/WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Attend Networking Events in Mexico City to help with prospecting activities (transportation costs are covered by IMMERSE)
  • Identify, engage, and qualify new leads
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to support sales initiatives
  • Meet or exceed monthly meeting quotas
  • Track and manage prospecting activities in CRM systems
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working both remotely and onsite
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting software is a plus
  • At least B2-level proficiency in English (spoken and written). Fluent in Spanish
  • Availability to work 80% remotely and 20% onsite in Mexico City
Compensation:
  • Competitive pay in USD: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Monthly bonus structure available for meetings obtained through cold outreach efforts
  • Specific paid holidays
