About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the Business Unit and/or General sales floor, running desk training, tool training, and driving product mind share
  • Support development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth
  • Build an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company's CRM system
  • Make cold calls to potential customers, promote campaigns and products of a specific Vendor
  • Identify potential customers through lead generation and data gathering
  • Weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline
  • Support execution of business plans as required by the business development manager
  • Support execution of marketing plans as required by the Marketing Manager
  • Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly
  • The point of escalation for customer care issues from the sales floor
  • Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams
  • Run call out days on the sales floor and/or the Business Unit sales teams
  • Engage directly with customers depending on role requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3+ years of related experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Account Manager, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience working within a technology sales channel is highly desired
  • Knowledge of mobility technology, trends, and market drivers
  • Demonstrated background planning, organizing, and scheduling in an efficient manner, focusing on key priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and public communication skills
  • Proficient and comfortable with Excel and datasheets

Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience
