Tti Latin America is a leading distributor of electronic components, seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of our global support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our internal stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery by coordinating with our Branch Coordination group.
  • Coordinate issue resolution by working closely with Sales Representatives and customers to ensure a smooth sales-to-shipping process.
  • Develop effective communication strategies with our remote teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and discussions to stay informed and aligned with our global operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a high level of professionalism and establishing positive relationships with every customer interaction.
  • Assist Sales Representatives with order processing, including stock checks, delivery information, and order confirmation files.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with 6 months' experience in customer support or a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Knowledge of company product lines, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to write routine business correspondence.
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute and perform basic mathematical calculations.
