Key Responsibilities
- Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery by coordinating with our Branch Coordination group.
- Coordinate issue resolution by working closely with Sales Representatives and customers to ensure a smooth sales-to-shipping process.
- Develop effective communication strategies with our remote teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Participate in regular team meetings and discussions to stay informed and aligned with our global operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a high level of professionalism and establishing positive relationships with every customer interaction.
- Assist Sales Representatives with order processing, including stock checks, delivery information, and order confirmation files.
Requirements
- High school diploma with 6 months' experience in customer support or a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Knowledge of company product lines, services, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to write routine business correspondence.
- Ability to type 40 words per minute and perform basic mathematical calculations.
