We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in Monterrey, Mexico. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive organizational growth and success through effective HR strategies and initiatives.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on a wide range of HR topics, from talent management and workforce planning to employee relations and performance management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to understand their goals and challenges, align HR strategies with business objectives, and ensure the HR function contributes to the overall success of the organization.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Evaluate and improve HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an HRBP role, preferably in a shared service environment with emphasis on recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.

**Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
