About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Appian. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in major accounts, establishing relationships, and providing direct touch across all levels of the end customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth in major accounts through strategic planning and execution
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations
  • Provide direct touch across all levels of the end customer, including LOB and IT audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales performance goals and quotas
Requirements
  • 10+ years of direct selling experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an Enterprise Account Executive
  • Proven track record of success in selling complex technologies at the enterprise level to Global 2000 customers
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver in-person and virtual presentations to LOB and IT audiences
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and leverage internal resources to achieve sales goals
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends
