**Key Accountabilities:**

1. Provide strategic communication advice across various touchpoints, including internal and external channels, to ensure alignment with the Brand Building and Media framework.

2. Coordinate media and advertising agency budgets to deliver effective tools and guarantee agency performance.

3. Develop and implement excellent internal and external communications strategies focused on storytelling around the Nescafe Dolce Gusto system, machines, portfolio varieties, and brand purpose/experiences.
