Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries and issues, consistently striving to exceed their expectations.
- Championing the cause of customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Acquiring in-depth knowledge of all our business areas, including our products and services, and becoming an advocate for them.
- Strictly adhering to internal processes and procedures to maintain service quality and consistency.
- Collaborating closely with other teams and team members to ensure a seamless and excellent customer journey.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- CompTIA A+, IT Helpdesk Professional, or equivalent certification.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in an online environment, is a plus.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings, to ensure round-the-clock support for our global customer base.
- Excellent time management, active listening skills, empathy, and a "can-do" mindset.
- Strong team player who can motivate and contribute to the success of the team.
- Experience in the iGaming industry and/or sports knowledge is considered a plus but not mandatory.
