We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at McCormick & Company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and order management while maintaining strong professional relationships with assigned customers, sales and supply chain teams, and external business partners.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, distribution, logistics, or supply chain, with advanced English skills and excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. You will be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with individuals at all levels, and have analytical skills, intermediate Microsoft Office, and independence in addressing and solving issues with internal and external customers.

The Customer Service Representative will be required to use analytical tools, reports, and partnerships to identify operational gaps and develop sustainable solutions to maximize internal and external efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing customer and business partner queries and data, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication, and investigating and assisting with implementing proactive methods for continuous improvement.
