Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division. As a key member of our front-line operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide over-the-counter customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with tracing packages, checking labels, and ensuring compliance with customs documentation.
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment team to optimize branch profitability and resource allocation.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the branch, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring customer service standards are met.
  • Develop and provide solutions to customer problems, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Follow commercial and administrative processes, communicating with relevant areas and safeguarding company values.

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Two years of experience in customer service, with a focus on sales and cash management.
  • Knowledge of FedEx SCS Warehouse operations and key customer requirements.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
