Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations.
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, while maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Sell retail merchandise and beverages, and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and present statements to guests, collect payments, and maintain a positive cash handling environment.
- Assist with room inspections, prepare deficiency reports, and coordinate the movement of furniture and supplies as needed.
- Adhere to safety regulations, use required safety equipment, and report any workplace hazards or incidents to the supervisor.
- Support the principles of the EEO program and prevention of sexual harassment, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have graduated from high school or equivalent.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to identify and resolve problem areas, recommend solutions, and execute them as needed.
- Must complete the Cash Handling Training Course before handling cash and a refresher course once per year.
- Ability to perform prolonged standing and occasional lifting up to 20lbs.
